Well I see it like this.
If you ever saw Knocked up, you will know how it feels for a woman to have to be stuck with the baby of a man she does not like (presuming she doesn't fall for him later on), not having abortion would ruin the rest of her life, which I think is worse than letting go of a blastula that has no conciousness and moving on to find a better husband.

Now of course with every idea there are haters, the people that say you are killing a living animal, but they are just obsessed with being rebellious rather than logical.

BTW I am for abortion choice.

The "babie" in the womb is not alive.
Also, you know how many kids there are in adoption agencies throughout the world?

 

1. The "baby" is a cell, and does not yet classify as human.

I believe parents shouldnt have an abortion to escape the situation they created for themselves.

They should be more careful, and, when the girl becomes pregnant, dont simply go out and have an abortion to keep from being held accountable for their own actions.

Although i believe its wrong in that circumstance, i still believe it is the mother's choice.


In rape cases i believe it is not wrong either.

 

i honestly think abortion is completely wrong, it is a crime to kill someone, even though its not out of the womb, a baby does develop. if the baby is still not fully done growing with its senses and its heart beating i think it is alright because it is not yet a human, it is still a much of cells multiplying, after that i think its wrong.

Why let a baby into this world with a 13 year old mother? There is a very high chance it could kill the mother, and the baby will lead a life of misery. So basically the point is: Why let a baby whose life is set to be a miserable into this world, and at the same time destroy the life of a young girl (who is forced to give up her social life, school, and hopes of a career)? Or, do not let the baby into the world (which will only be a terrible place for him), and let the young girl hopefully get over the emotional scar of being pregnant/raped.

Well, abortion is right, as the baby the teenage mother is carryign will bring humiliation.

 

Quite the contrary.

At the beginning of the second trimester, (I'm not sure how long a trimester is) the baby will start to think and feel for itself. It will obviously think very, very primitive thoughts, nothing too complicated or hard, but it will definitely think and feel.

I think at any point up until the end of the first trimester abortion should be legal. But then, once the baby's taken on a (very limited) life of it's own, it shouldn't be allowed. This has no implications on rape victims, or the like, and it's still plenty of time to make your decision if you don't have any implications involved.

I just realised, trimester = a third, so probably the first three months... Oh and,

Are you serious? A baby in a womb has a heartbeat, therefore, it's alive. But, if you're trying to say it like, someone on life-support has a heartbeat, but they're still not alive, (metaphorically) then oh, sorry. But, babys are definitely alive while in the womb. They don't have much control over anything, but, they're definitely alive.

 

Alive would mean that it can function by itself, in everyday society.

 

in my personal opinion i think it is acceptable in some cases, if the mothers life is at risk or the babys is at risk i think that is should be allowed.

I think that it should be the mothers descision anyway as she will be the one giving birth
