    Creating this thread for moderation from staff. As I want to make sure all parties are happy in the end.

    synced bought an RS3 account from me. Today the user reaches out and says he has lost access. I have replied via PM on this site to him and on his Skype, where he initially reached me at. Waiting for a response from him to tell me if he has already submitted a recovery request or not before I submit one.

    Also, just so you are aware, if an account is recovered and the buyer no longer feels that the account is safe and has justifiable reasons to believe so, the buyer is allowed to relinquish access to the account and request a refund for the sale price of the account. If the seller refuses, then the buyer may make a scam report against the seller.
