Ananfaw is a scammer!!

Explanation of the trade: Gave him a fresh account with bond to make a g maul pure for me. Stats to include: 50att 73str 83range 87construction 15 prayer. A long with a lengthy quest list.

How they scammed:Took my first half payment, then the second half when he was "half way done" and finished construction. Now he isn't responding and when I logged on (I have screen recorded of the recovery and log on) all supplies are gone. (Everything in pictures below)

I know this is a lot of information, and I made sure to document everything because I have had this happen before and I unfortunately didn't do the proper documentation. As you can see I gave him a PASSWORD RESET LINK he was the only one with access (and his worker). I have a recording of my screen upon recovery as well. I just need to figure out how to upload that. I wanted to get all of this out there as well. He apparently has miniranks, and I don't know how to go about getting refunded for this ridiculous scam. I paid him 176m OSRS GP, not to mention all of the supplies on the account (38k natures, 72k cannon balls). I hope this can get sorted out somehow.
