Disputing a ban.

Hi, I only just came back to runescape. I forgot my orginal account by the looks of it I had some trouble. A mod then forwarded *so called evidence* on to me. There was literally no evidence to say I scammed anyone. The evidence claimed I was going to scam that's about it, claiming and actually doing it are completely difference, This must of been 2 maybe even longer years ago. I believe I got banned for no reason as the evidence says. This feels like because I wasn't as trusted as one guy the mods didn't look into the matter as required and just assumed. I don't believe this website has the best mods As I see them swear and disrespect people regardless what they have done, If sythe has a legal team please send me the info as I would like to speak with them as the mods just ban who they want when they want, I wil submit the evidences I have received to my family lawyer and see what he has to say. (I know this is just a game and it's pathetic what I am doing) but this is straight forward discrimation.
