Scammed and wiped by IronGrill

Explain the service: Paid @IronGrill 22m to complete 54-70 agility. After a brief conversation, he logged into my account, cleaned the bank (140m) and logged. He claims it was an imposter (more details later in this post).

All instances of my account information, mine, and @IronGrill's RSN are blocked, but the unedited images can be provided to any mod through PM. @IronGrill states that "dabs#7555" is an imposter , and that his real and only discord is "Dabs#7555" with a capital D. In our sythe PMs he clearly states "dabs#7555" and just so happens to know the exact service details I discussed in our sythe PMs.

 

I'm pretty sure this dude is fabricating proof. I haven't traded him, I haven't done him a service our pms left off with him never responding as staff can see in our pms my last dm said add my discord and we will talk. I never got an add. @Pendulum already cleared this up and this guy keeps making more threads to try and get me introuble / pay back something I had no part of? Maybe he is the imposter himself. All I know is I want this cleared up and for @ThaaCaveman to quit slandering my freaking name.

 

Also I don't trade with level 3's. I use member only acounts so therefore is another lie. You can ask anybody I've traded with.

Reason of twc - Please don't let this effect you choosing me! I have learned a lesson and I will ask people i'm trading with to use the discord pm template @Pendulum Has recommend.

 

I added the discord you gave me so how are you trying to make yourself the victim here? Whether you own 2 discords and purposely tried to use the "imposter appeal" in your own favor or if there really is just someone out there with the same name with a lowercase d, you carelessly giving me the wrong discord leading to me losing over 160m is unacceptable.

 

I mistyped my discord as i don't deal with it but twice with @Plank-gang and a service provider my one and only discord is "Dabs#7555" That's my error and I think you took advantage of it, and ended up trying to frame me. I never got an add from you so I figured the sale went stale and you chosed someone else as our sythe pms went to end thursday with you never adding me. I login friday to you slandering my name all this jazz about me wiping 140m from you and now here we are I was proven innocent, I got a TWC because of my fuck up and I accept that. From now on when i trade via discord or trade at all for a matter of fact I will be requesting pms with proof its who i am talking to so situations like this are preventable. I was warned there was alot of scummy traders on this site but damn @ThaaCaveman why you going so far to try and get me in trouble for something i never did.

 

@video @Pendulum has already handled this can you please have him quit slandering my name I had no part of what happened and i'm tired of having to defend myself. and having my name thrown around like this please.

 

Whether you were the one who wiped my 140m bank and ran off with the 22m trade or not, you should be held accountable for giving me the wrong discord which lead to it. Your carelessness leading to a loss of about $100 RWT value should not be taken lightly.

 

There was never proof of a 140m bank just what you keep saying. There was only you showing a 22m trade. I'm not being held accountable for something you could have fabricated to try and gain gp or money from me. Like I said 10x before I had nothing to do with this.

 

Also i am being held accountable for my actions with a month of twc. Because of my carelessness and I accept that and I will appeal in 30 days.

 

TWC is nothing lmao. I understand I don't have proof of the 140m, that's fine with me, but I do have proof that I communicated with you via discord, traded the RSN you gave me, and the service was never completed. That alone is an immediate red flag on your part.

 

Its funny how you keep trying to play the victim here. I wouldn't be surprised if you purposely made 2 discords one with a capital D and one with a lowercase d just so you could scam and play the "fabricated evidence" card.

 

I'm not playing a victim here i'm steadily being harassed for something I had no part of? I've apologized for your loss, but at this point i'm thinking you may be behind it.

 

Apologies don't mean anything when money is involved I'm afraid to tell you. At this point I've unfortunately accepted that my money is gone, but frankly it's infuriating to watch you get off scot free for whatever role you played in me being scammed. It's even more infuriating to have you try to place the blame back on me when I literally have evidence communicating with the discord you claimed was yours.

 

@Wortel This was already handeled once by @Pendulum why does it need to be dealt with again? I've been punished with a month of twc... I dont understand how he can keep making the same report.

 

Chill out dude I spoke with @Pendulum and he said to let a new mod handle the case. Also according to A note to all discord traders , you are technically liable for the scam that occurred after you gave me the "incorrect" discord.

 

Yeah and I also said I would reimburse you the 22m in the original scam report due to my negligence did i not? But no you insisted i took "140m" from you which you have no proof of even having. I have done nothing to you mate.

 

No, I said you can speak with another staff member about my decision and if they come to a different conclusion they can speak with me. The thread you are linking states 'potential' liability which we generally reserve for repeat offenders/extremely poor confirmation PM's. The PM in question here is not a confirmation PM, therefore both users should use this as a learning experience because if they do not fix their ways it will happen again.
