[User] got my account banned

I made research and I tried to choose trainer as careful as I could. Found this guy Rodman with signature "The Best 07 Services On Sythe!" Decided to give him a try but it was stupid mistake.
Rodman got my account banned. Total loss 200M and lot of effort put in this account. I put so much fucking work in this account, thanks "friend". Asked if he has problems or bans before and he didn't say anything.

How they scammed: left 11M on account, gave him account details, 4 days after to find out that my account is banned

He has not been answering my PM in Sythe 2 days, which literally matches up date of ban. Suddenly he has "I am on vacation" day after accepting job.

Guess I am not only one who got rekt by him or his workers Rodman questionable workers?

You posting me as a scammer is pure slander, I haven’t scammed anyone so would suggest you reword l

 

Account getting banned is worse than account getting stolen. I fucking wish you changed password. Instead I lost 2 months work. Two same reports on same day is not a fucking coincidence. Clearly you or your workers have no reliability. I just can't believe how stupid I was to trust you. Should paid more for quality service.

 

After some deliberation with a couple upper-staff members, it's been decided that @Rodman will be liable for a refund of the services and the account values. You both will need to discuss the accounts value. If you can't come to an agreeable rate then post back, cordially, and I will have to assign a rate based on market factors to the best of my ability.

EDIT: In the meantime @Rodman I've given you a DNT till your debts are paid. You are liable for accounts while they are in your charge, regardless if it was your worker who caused the ban or not.

 

@Andy Samberg I haven't accepted any term of service by @Rodman which means that this trade should be treated as regular trade.

I feel like if you are offering service, you should be responsible and since no TOS was agreed, he should refund some of the loss.

 

@Rodman Let me know if you are willing to refund.

EDIT: He mentioned being away from the 2nd till the 16th before this scam report was up as well, and told other staff too, so we'll wait till then.
