fagex strikes again!

my account is locked because i had 10 rule 1 reports and i thought if i said i was hacked, id get away with it. i am obviously not hacked and i gave fagex all my details. they have been draggin their asses about it and i wonder how long this usually takes? im kinda pissed at how dumb they can be. dont need anyone to tell me to clean up my post, if you really care about something as silly as that then fuck you. other then that ty for posting

well.. one of my friend's accounts appeal has been going on for more than a week for breaking rule 7 which is using third party software.. but i aint really sure about rule 1.. try waiting a week and see for urself

thanks for all the replys. i am really nervous if it is denied. i mean i played this account for like 2 years like 20m on it thats hard for me to make lol. although it is sometimes fun starting over from scratch. not with 20m tho

 

first of all i don't know how u can say its fun starting over again cuz it aint that easy and i had to suffer great boredom going through 99 range, cook, fletch, mage, and 99 attack which i am having a party for tomorrow. (see 99 attack party thread at the general rs forum titled 99 attack party by me ) anyways i would quit if i were u i dunno how its fun unless u didnt spend that much time on ur account lol.. then itd be understandable. But good luck on getting your account back, btw if it takes longer than usual that means customer support is looking at it more carefully.. good luck!

 

yeah im just trying to be positive...believe me i spent alot of time on it. i dont wanna see it gone. i really hope i get it back and if i dont ill appeal and appeal until i do.

i cannot believe a company with that much revenue cannot afford a few people(maybe 10-20) to do customer support. how faking cheap do u have to be to not support the customer? u ever been to best buy and asked someone what something is, and they are like oh idk just buy it. yeah well thats like how fagex is. this is some baby back bullshit, no one is hacking my account.

edit: i heard they wait to unlock it until any temp bans/mutes are lifted. anyone know if this is true? cuz i was muted for 5 days (long and very funny story lmao!)

 

yeah i agree.. and read the sythe rules u can get infracted for double posting.. anyways.. yeah i agree.. andrew wants all the money fatasses, they should get some customer support.
