You can make a level 66 pure with higher hitpoints that can hit just as hard as the level 66 Zerker.

You will have more fun if you go a pure route. My level 69 pure hits a potential 34 and 35 with the G'maul and has 94 range to and 88 hitpoints.

I actually have an almost maxed gmaul pure with 94 magic and low HP that I love rushing with.

I just thought maybe switching it up would be fun. Also with the higher attack bonus the gmaul might be more accurate. I’m unsure as I have never really seen a low level zerk rusher or any vids

Yes! Definitely get the Berserker ring (i) - It makes a huge difference

I am in the process of making a low level Zerker.

Combat level: 66

The end stats will be:

50 attack (fully quested)

70 strength (PC’d from 51 str)

45 defense (Fully quested to 42, trained to 45 for Berserker helm)

31 prayer

51 HP

70 ranged (For firecape, and cannoned for low hp)

Rushing Gear:

Berserker Helm
Fighter Torso
Runeplate Legs/Black Dhide Chaps
Barrow’s Gloves
Rune boots/Climbing Boots
Firecape
Ancient Blessing
Possible berserker ring (i)

I would be rushing in a pvp world, being able to hit levels 51-81.

My max hit with a granite maul (with zerker ring (i) would be 32 - 32 - 32

The average hp level would be anywhere from 55-80.

My questions:

1. Would it be worth getting a Berserker ring (i) to add +2 to max hit. Making the max hit 32 instead of 30? Keep in mind getting the ring imbued would cost me to raise the HP level as well.

2. Should I follow the Gmaul spec rush with an Obby maul/neck combo?

3. Would it be better to use Runeplate legs or black dhide chaps?

Meh, stats will look nice, but realistically u wont 1 hit anyone. Def is a big killer at low cb levels. If you wanna be a prodded zerk, get higjer str range to do any real damage
