[Guide] An effective format for Guides.

I have noticed a few guides / people who have submitted UE Applications with guides that simply are not organized. Below I will have a very good format for an organized, easy to read Guide.

Title Of Guide ( Make font a bit bigger )

Here is a good place to give a small introduction to your guide. You can introduce what will talked about within your guide, or just mainly a small summary of your guide. This is basically used so the reader can see if this guide is worth reading / what they will get out of it.

    Index
Here is a good place to put a small index which is just the sub titles / sections on your guide, below is what mine would be.

*---Sub Title (smaller then title size)
    *-Sub Section in Sub Title
*---Sub Title (smaller then title size)
*Conclusion(This title is not 100% needed, but could be used)

Sub Title (smaller then title size)

Here would be talking about your first sub section of your guide, whatever that might be, if you have another section(s) inside your sub section do something like this.

    Sub Section in Sub Title

And in here would be the sub section ( Make sure the font is smaller then Sub title )

Sub Title (smaller then title size)

Here would be talking about your seccond sub section of your guide, whatever that might be, if you have another section(s) follow the same as above to put in a sub section for your sub title.

( You can repeat putting Sub-Titles, and Sub Title Sections, just until you have almost concluded your guide, by this time do this: )

Conclusion(This title is not 100% needed, but could be used)

Here you will have your final statements of your guide, just summing everything up, here you could also do a short review of what you explained with in your guide. ( It might help to bold the font to make it stick out a tad.

Then here just leave a nice ending note something like:

Thank you for reading my guide,

    -(name)

That above is a very good format for writing a guide, It will help the user be able to read it more clearly, and potentially understand the concept you are trying to get to them, much more efficiently. Also you can use colours in your guide, The colours can be used to help stick out certain texts. Just don't go too too crazy with them.

Thanks for reading this small guide, And I hope it helped :D

You'd be surprised how many people just write it in, with no format. It's pretty pitiful. o.o

Also putting an Index at the start helps people find what they need more easily. Great guide, but it has been posted allot.

Exactly what I was thinking about telling him, but the almighty Macroman beat me, haha.

Anyways, looks like a good simple guide.

    Well done.

Thanks for the advice guys, I updated some things such as the "Index" and "Colours", Yep venom there probably is one, but i thought i should give my opinion on making a guide, plus I see too many people not making them correctly. :p
