    It is not a stolen account, I created the account to spend cash online without having to verify (Which you have to do with a US account).

    Someone bought runescape leveling from me 65-70 Range, I completed it and a few days later they filed a complaint for there $5.00 so paypal put a hold on my account.

    So before you go jumping to conclusions and posting "What you think the reason is" I suggest you pm the seller or add them on msn
