How do I get up here?

Right, im doing a cluescroll and obviously the coordinates are at a really hard place. Its level 7 wildy directly north of edgeville. Its quite busy by the way and I thought it could be the death rune temple or something? But maybe not. Any ideas? (Look at minimap)

if its the hill, go through edgeville dungeon until you get to the monks that almost always drop a herb. Go past them to the Black demons or black dragons (forgot which one) and go to the ladder, go up the ladder and you are there.

 

first of all you can use tip.it coordinate finder.. it'll ALWAYS find where your coordinates are so you don't have to go to random places and find them. Hope this helped
