I don't know why staff does not take action against cherrys then, since everyone knows his word is no good.

 

I didn't say cherry's did anything wrong though zuzel was slandering cherrys a few months back.

 

It's not slandering if it's true and with proof.
So that makes it even more ridiculous Zuzel got banned. So slandering does not get you banned, but if you provide real proof you get banned?

 

Zuzel was telling people to use pink clay over holy cherrys because holy cherrys had issues in the past and provided no proof of this?

Please provide me with adequate proof as to why I should trust Pink Clay over holy cherrys lol.

 

So Zuzel deserves to get banned? because he posted something against cherrys? That's a dumb reason for a ban.

I'm never said a ban was warranted, I was simply saying that can you not say that was slander? And also asking if Zuzel got banned for slandering cherrys in the first place.

If I were to go around and say nobody trust Chechen because he overcharges for his services and he advertises that he's the original owner for his account even though he's not and as a result of me doing that you lose sales, do you think I should be allowed to keep going and ruin your credibility thats you've been working up to build for years? Would you not count that as me slandering your name?

 

That's slander because there is no truth base. Also people slander eachother every day on Sythe, why does Zuzel have to be banned for this ?

Check the picture, Cherrys can say what he wants but someone else can't? Not fair if you ask me.

Well I mean if there is proof of slander why not file it in the report a scammer section?

I understand that theres slander on Sythe every day however if mods are punishing for it then it sets a new precedent for these types of cases.

Anyway was the ban permanent or temporary?

 

Zuzel is temp banned.
Slander is telling lies, Zuzel didn't tell lies. He made a report with pictures etc. Instead of Zuzel getting banned, Cherrys should've gotten atleast a warning.

Pingy said chicks sold him hacked gold which got him perma banned almost instantly. Don’t know how they would get proof of it tho
