Why do Shilo Village in the first place?
Well Shilo Village is a great place to fish salmon/trout. AND instead of powerfishing which is dropping the fish you fish, its alot faster to bank it, which means you can use it later. You can sell it or if you dont have it already, get 99 cooking. Shilo Village is a great place for skillers to get 99 fishing. Once you got the fish, just go and cook it! You have just got 2 skills to level 99!

This guide does involve some sort of combat style exp. If a skiller is interested in 0exp in all combat stats, this may not be a good way to go - though in saying that, this method WILL NOT raise a combat stat's level from 1 to 2.

Your account will remain level 3, with only a portion of combat experience without levels gained.

Okay, so this method might have been posted on Runescape official forums or fan sites. I read something about this before, it can somehow involve cannon or something like that.

 

Wow, this brings back memories. A couple of years ago, I did a bunch of quests on a level 3, and this was one of them (No, I'm not going to reveal to everybody how it's done---buy the guide).

Actually, the Jungle Potion quest (required to do Shiloh Village) is harder, since you have to dodge the Level 53 Jogres and a few other things on your herb gathering trips. 32 Agility and 20 Crafting are also needed for Shiloh Village, but they don't take that long to finish.

Another reason to do Shiloh Village is that you can mine gems. While there are faster ways to level mining, the gems come in handy for Crafting, and the rocks are close to the bank.

 

I will just say, on behalf of Dark Summer who is currently offline, that this method DOES NOT involve cannoning, as this would raise the range level, resulting in raised combat.

i know 1 method, that involves another player.
iv'e done shilo on my skiller, without getting ANY combat exp at all, so.
and, this guide have been posted before, but not many people saw it/made interest in it. therefor i think its a bit bad of you selling it, but, i wont leak it in any ways.

A lot of sites posted the method that involves the Rings of Recoil, but that method can easily raise Attack, Defense, or Strength a level.

The method I used didn't involve Rings of Recoil, either, and I would imagine that it's the same as the method being sold here. If so, I can vouch that it isn't likely to raise any levels. I'm also pretty sure that it hasn't been posted anywhere, so it would be unique as far as finding it on the internet.

I can't say any more than that without giving out some hints. If this is the method used, then skillers who don't want combat experience would find this guide useful, and it would be worth buying.

 

I'll tell you how I did it on my lvl 3 skiller....I had one fo my friends get it to half hp then he kept on casting Vengence other on me...it's nto to hard to do ti my way...I wouldn't pay for this guide....just use my method

sumone brings the monster to like 10 hp, lvl 3 uses a posion weapon and kills it, no more then 20 xp in a combat skill would be used. thats the most common way all skilers do it. if it isnt this method, then i have no idea what it is
