M3hm37 3 month later pardon

Good Morning Sythe Staff.

Just starting off with requesting a pardon for all the trouble and headache i have caused to the Sythe staff. I was denied and told to come back 3 months later. I waited patiently and did not make a fuss about it. I listened to what i was told to do and came back on the 3rd month.

It has probably been a year i have no idea how long but i really really miss Sythe as i play Runescape daily and just love being in such a nice and trusted community.
I have no bad intentions if you guys were to pardon me and i promise nothing but good to Sythe.

Report/post/reason that got you banned:
BAN REASON 1 - "scamming $120" which was refunded over a month ago and just because the other party did not confirm it my ban was not removed.
These scams were all sorted out and then i was unbanned then banned because of some OFFSITE SCAM.
BAN REASON 1 - This 'scam' was refunded so long before and while i was disputing @Chloe was waiting on him to confirm it and my ban was not removed for that reason. It was Refunded a long time before anybody realised.

BAN REASON 2 - Banned for Scamming/OFF SITE SCAM.
BAN REASON 3 - Ban evading

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

BAN REASON 1 - This 'scam' was refunded so long before and while i was disputing @Chloe was waiting on him to confirm it and my ban was not removed for that reason. It was Refunded a long time before anybody realised.
I also believe i deserve to be pardoned because everything was sorted i admit i was a headache at the time but it has been a very long time since. I have nothing but good intention for this website. I just want a good community to be involved in while gaming which i do all day pretty much.

A friend also told me this person that i 'scammed' is now banned on Sythe. Name was Posighdin.
BAN REASON 2 - This offsite 'SCAM' on LOCOPK which is a Runescape Private Server was not a scam at all in fact i proved it to mod Chloe. Ill explain what happened anyway. On this video that was posted against me saying i scammed him 400M LocoPK which is legit nothing you can check in his inventory showing he had no gold to even start with. At the time i was speaking with a moderator and asked to have a bank check as they can do that on Runescape private servers and they did. I told the moderator what was happening etc and i was never banned or in trouble for this 'SCAM' on that server. Just knowing this person that i apparently 'scammed' in a gamble had no money to even gamble so his intentions are clear.

BAN REASON 3 -I dont know if this was fixed but there was another reason that i was banned earlier and thats because my cousin Hakan made an account on Sythe also and tried selling gold or something and linked my Skype. They said i was ban evading but this was not me, his name was Hakan avcu i can see posts by him back in 2015 with a screenshot i have of his Sythe account i took earlier which also shows his real Skype name and his name also (Hakan Avcu). I am a different person to Hakzz17.

Hope ive filled this in properly now ive changed it around a bit since i realised i made a mistake the last time and was auto denied since i didnt fill the template properly
