Can you unban i-penor??

it says i got banned for leeching a guide.
First off, all i said was u buy something from ge at lowest, and the item doesnt sell.
Second, THE GUIDE DOESNT WORK!

i told him if the guide doesnt work i want my money back, or your other guide.
he said ok, after 20min i told him that it didnt work, and he didnt want to giv emoney back. i left, and had the item in ge for about, 12 hours, i go back on. and nothing. i post in his thread saying not to buy and somebody responds, and i think it was his friend.
i reply back saying that u buy something from ge at the lowest price, and that item doesnt sell. a couple hours later i got banned for that.

and guess what. i left the item in there a little longer, at the 19th hour.
ONLY 28 OF THEM BOUGHT!! i talk to him on msn, and he refuses to give me the moeny back, or another guide. then he blocks me.

so i chargeback my money like im sure everyone else would do.

wait wtf? thats why i got banned? that happened 3 months ago, maybe more!

and wtf is that?? thats not leeching i just stated the requirments! the requirments he didnt tell me! and he gave me my money back, after i said that.. this is bs man, he should be banned for selling a guide that every1 knows.. its like me selling a guide that says


step one, go to green dragons
step to, kil them
step three, get bones
step 4 bank
step five repeat

you wouldnt think that u would want ur money back?

uhm, it said to make a new acc and post, but i wont post anywhere else i know the rules.

and ok, i honestly did nothing wrong but buy a guide that every1 knows.
it should be him who is banned not me.
