~Regarding Power Level Payment Method~

The power leveling method will be done on another account I am currently training. I will be need very specific stats and cash. Here is the list:

- 32 to 70 range
- 66 to 70 strength
- Recipe for Disaster Stats and quest (Only to mith gloves)
- 15m Cash on the account
- Desert Treasure Stats
- 39 to 70 magic

I do not care how any of these are to be preformed. I do not care how you get the 15m cash. You can pick flax for it or even trade it from your other account, none of this matters, as long as I get it. You must be a trusted member to do it. If you had a lvl 124 acc that you spent as much time on as I have, you wouldn't be so fast to say "okay stranger, here's my password and every fucking detail to the account." Especially without even seeing the money.

I am about to post a short scenario about a deal that could have been.
I am not going to mention his name and will not slander him in any way.
I would like all of your non-biased opinions to see if I was being irrational and uncooperative.

I met this guy recently and he contacted me over MSN messenger. He offered $275 USD for the account. I initially wanted to be able to buy 70m with the cash I got, and by official GP shop standards, this would not cut the deal. So I asked for $300, still not enough to get the GP I wanted, but it would have to do. He accepted and asked for my mailing details etc. I gave him all of my mailing details and he said he would send the check through the mail as soon as he had received the account information. This is where I begin to get skeptic of him because I had a policy of not going first. I thought this was rightfully so since I had spent years on this account getting it to the status.

I told him that I had to think it over and that I would get back to him soon. He then asks me if he could get on the account for a while because he was bored. I was skeptic again, but there was no harm in this, so I let him on. I told him not to change any of the information under any circumstances. He started to delete the pin. I recovered the account shortly after because the password had been changed as well.

He contacted me the next day saying that he really wanted the account. I told him that I wasn't sure if I was ready to sell just yet, this being my first big deal. He said "Okay, but what if I went first?" This was a nice thing to hear! I became intrigued, but did not offer any hint I wanted to sell it just yet, so I told him that I would think about it. He said that it was fine.

The next morning, I decided to take him up on the deal. He said that it was fine and he was glad to finally get the account. I brought up the fact that he said he would go first and he responded that he, indeed, was going to go first and that I should send him the details to the account and he would send the check that day. This wasn't my definition of "going first" as we are in the same position as we were before! It was his word that he sent it against my skepticism. After talking I finally declined and he said that he didn't understand why I didn't trust him as he had many vouches as such. I explained to him that anyone will scam for the right price, and that's a decent sized amount. He then says that he still doesn't understand. I didn't bother explaining again... He couldn't see it through my perspective.

I would like to hear your opinion about how I handled it... Do you think I was right to cancel the deal?
