Help! Server wont run!

Ok, I gotthe server so it suitable for me and I click run server and i can play on it and all fine. But it won't let me cuz go on the server or anyone else! I have domain on no-ip and have no-ip running. No error's come when I compile and run. I spent quite some time on it. But I can't figure out how to run it so everone else can! I know I must be doing somthing stupid here. I just can't figure out what the heck is wrong with this thing. =@

Have you port-forwarded? (That's if you have a router of course)
