Stay 1 def and 60 attack do monkey madness and RFD up to mith gloves dt for ghostly stay 1 prayer or 31 would work also. then bh. you should own!

 

Want to get 99 str and higher att too.

I HIGHLY reccomend using SCAR and Hy's Fight Cave script. Got me 70 - 73 str in 1 night. It rules.

Training spots really differ weather your a member or not. I'm not positive but I think, you are wielding a dragon long-sword in that picture, making you a member.

I'd go with any of these following places:

Expeirments.
Rock Crabs.
Yaks.
Flesh Crawlers.
Giants Spiders.
Brine Rats.

Each has their own pros and cons.

I suppose I'll name them off for you

Experiments-
Pros: 400 xp a pop. No food needed.
Cons: You need to start a quest. Crowded often.

Rock Crabs-
Pros: 200 xp a pop. No food needed. Drop caskets and level 1 clues.
Cons: Often very crowded.

Yaks-
Pros: 200 xp a pop. Many in a small area. No food needed.
Cons: You have to start a quest. Crowded at times. No drops.

Flesh Crawlers-
Pros: Can train even in f2p, close to no food needed. Good to AFK.
Cons: No drops. Often Crowded.

Giant Spiders-
Pros: 200 xp a pop, many in a small place. Good to AFK.
Cons:: No drops. Often Crowded.

Brine rats-
Pros: Drop noted raw sharks/lobsters, death runes, charms, brine sabres. Never crowded when I've been there, which is quite often.
Cons: Small amounts of food needed. making you need to bank often.

I'd go with experiments or brine rats, but that's me at level 104 combat with 80/80/80/82.

I haven't been on RS in ages, but just get strength up as high as possible. I'm liking the 1 def

Just stick to rock crabs unless you can find something better.

 

aha thanks, i rather enjoy the one def to. everywhere i go on rs, there are the higher levels who when they find out im 1 def , they are like, noob, get def up, i refuse. i like it. and yeah i think ill stick with rock crabs for a bit at any rate, thanks for the comment

 

Brine rats are located right near rock crabs actually, if you go to the ones on the side thats not packed, near all of the snow.

The blue dot is where the brine rats are located, they're are about 7-10 of them in that room at any given time.

Like I said, the drops are great, but you have to bank more often then rock crabs.
