how are they going to ban people using team viewer? it should be 100% safe. just make sure you buy at a trusted service.

 

Thought about this too, but isn't it a bit suspicious when a person clears it in one go with 0 previous attempts. I am sure of that that causes it to flag for some investigation. At the same time infernal cape sellers claim they never had an account banned.

 

I personally would attempt the Inferno a few times myself. At least get to the jads at lease once. Would make it 100x less sus.

 

Yeah definitely attempt it a couple times, even entering and just leaving is better than nothing!

I think that doing a few attempts would hurt you rather than help you. Look at these scenarios.

1. Someone goes in and one shots it first attempt of the account life. (This could simply be someone who utilizes vpns making address irrelevant and getting the cape on an alt.)

2. A few attempts are made where they don't even get to zuk and then while later is just somehow able to blow past zuk? (To me this looks suspicious and would increase the chances of a jmod banning them.

The most risky part of getting an inferno cape over team viewer is payment. I would not give someone 500m gold off the account and then you get an inferno cape a bit later. That looks extremely fishy. I would pay over a medium other than runescape or trade from an alt a few days beforehand.

How long since you got it? And did you have any previous attempts in the inferno before getting the service done?

 

As far as i'm aware, there haven't been any bans using teamviewer; only using VPN/Without. Can't see how they'd be able to prove that it was a seller using TV to complete.

 

^ They dont have to prove anything to you(Jagex is trigger-happy like that). Because there's a reasonably small number of inferno capes going into the game they can monitor the accs that do get the cape for first try successes etc. Ie. Its statistically impossible that one could ever get the cape on their first try, so they dont have to prove that you used TV seller to complete it.

It'd indeed be safer to attempt the cape a few times(either you or the TV seller), at least get to the duo Jads and die, then hand over to the seller to complete on the final attempt. Alot more believable than telling Jagex you were 'pro' or 'lucky' enough to get the cape on the first try.

You can get your first cape (account wise) first-try by having already done it on another account. That alone should be enough to prevent Jagex banning first try capes.

 

very unlikely to be banned using teamviewer, and like others have said attempting it a few times beforehand will almost guarantee you won't be banned. just an added layer of safety. keep in mind most people who do the inferno don't trust someone else logging into their account so they'll end up attempting it on their own. it's a niche market when it comes to people buying inferno capes; my guess is they watched it closely around release but haven't bothered to look too deep into it now that it's been well over a year since release.

 

I think it's simple, as long as you are using TeamViewer and have tried to complete the cape before you should be totally fine, should you not? I don't see how Jagex could track that down in any way..

I would always attempt it a few times first, honestly, everything in the cheating community is a gamble

 

Use Pink Clay, he’s the best. I never got banned for the 2 infernal capes he got me over team viewer.
