can someone please help me with paypal?

is there anyway i can get my account verified without a credit card and or bank account.
i need it verified so that i can pay formy negative credit that i have on my runescape account. and so that i can buy stuff online, im only 15 years old, so thats why i dont have a credit card.i have a bank account,its canada trust,but i dont think paypal supports it.
please help.!

damn, because thats the only bank account in have atm, is there some sort of bank account i can get online that is free, and would be able to verify my paypal?

Paypal is perfectly fine. (Been using it since 12 years, I'm 15 now... so I see no issues in it.)

Erm, you should go to your local grocery store/convenience store, and check out the gift card section. Buy either a Visa/Mastercard (At least 25$+). You can use that number on the gift card as a credit card number, and either use that directly, or hook it up to your paypal. I suggest you use Visa, because I've had bad experience with Mastercard... (They took like, a certain percent of money out of my mastercard for every day I didn't make any purchases with it.)

It's prepaid, so whatever you pay is generally what will be on the card. (With the exception of an activation fee, of course.)

I'm not sure about the monthly ones, because there are some "credit cards" that require your parent's approval or something, and you can constantly refill and use it. Those have monthly charges. However, the gift cards I am talking about are not able to be refilled.

 

hmm, dammit, ill have to check if they have the regular prepaid ones, not the refillable one.

Well, the only way you can be completely verified is by using a bank account.

You don't even need to be verified to use paypal to it's fullest extent. You're still insured on purchase up to $2,000, and you can still buy things, with no limit.

The only benefit is the higher insurance on purchases, people see that your account is "verified", and you can make purchases directly from your bank account without money on the paypal.

 

ok i have kind of the same problem, I don't want my parents to find out I have a paypal account, so is there a way that I can use paypal without my parents finding out? also can I use false info for name and andress and stuff, or is that illegal?

 

I use my paypal constantly without my parents knowing about it... They won't know unless you commit some type of fraud, and you get a phone call or letter or something.

You should sign up with your real details, because some sites do not deal with people whose paypal addresses do not match with the one making the purchase... I had quite a lot of trouble with Hostgator, because my real address came to be over 2,000 miles away from the one I signed up with.

At least use your real name, and phone number. You can always switch between addresses to hide them from people you don't want to be visible.

False information is legal, but it can often be denied service.

 

k I guess i'll do different address and slightly altered name, can you receive money and use paypal for runescape membership if its not verified?

 

even if you register with your bank account, i doubt paypal will do anything. not like they check on this stuff.
