StormSpirit is a Scammer

i can recover that account if @Storm Spirit will give me the info, but hes telling me he lost it so i have no chanse to recover it back, becouse i dont have it anymore, can i please get a link for sythe rules, becouse that sound really unfair, a man is reselling account that i sold him, and i become responsable for everything that happens to that account without any proff what really happen to that account.

 

1. Provide proof he is attempting to resell the account.
2. If the account is deemed unsafe, you are to refund the user. After all, you are the one who sold it to him, and should be able to recover it at any point.

Post here when the refund has been issued, if it's not done, you will be banned.

 

he gives account or 250m to idolized because im not gonna pay anything, i dont care if i get banned, its not my fault, i dont have money in real life right now, so i cannot do that

 

what would proof of me reselling the account do? wouldnt the same rule should be applied to idolized? since he sold the account too

 

If @fpsnx refunds his sale price to @Idolized then you would owe $100 to @Idolized and if he doesn't then you owe @Idolized $250. As you admit you cannot or will not pay @Idolized you're banned for 3 months + DNT.

 

but the guy is telling, that account is locked, that means if he have registered email, he can unlock it by registered email address it does not need any info at all, can he please try that? and if there any way to get files that i sent to skype, recover them back, if thats possible, i can try contact skype community, to request that file that i sent him with all info, if he will be unable to unclock it, because it should work, i really want to help with all this situation. and if account gets recovered it wont be locked, it should be just incorrect password not locked account, i just readed runescape faq if you have changed lots of ip address, and if you use vpn or something this is possibility to get locked account Account keeps getting locked - Community Led Account Help - RuneScape Forum

 

The current owner of the account(Idolized) cannot access it. It's the original owners responsibility to recover and return accounts when access is lost.

If you cannot return access to him then you'll need to refund. If you don't refund you'll be banned.

 

@fpsnx I've spoken with @Idolized and he's going to attempt to regain access to the account with the other party who purchased it. If he can do that then everyone will be in the clear, if not then you'll once again be held responsible.

 

Imgur theres a proff but we write in my langue, lithuania, that im telling him i will not be responsable for this account that you selling to (Idolized) and he writed back, you are not involved in this, Imgur and in this picture his saying, that someone wants to buy that account and i need just to confirm that i am original owner of this account , if you can please use lithuania translate to english please, i know your told me already, that i am responsibly for that, but its all proffs that telling i am not taking the responsability, and (Idolized) does not have any proff that i told him i am taking responsability for that account, but any ways, im gonna try to send message to skype and recover the file, if you can give me some time becouse they wont answer straight away, and can i please get a password for that account and email address witch is registered right now with that account, so i can try help to recover it back. please pm me that information, im gonna try my best, to get it back, honestly i didint to nothing to that account, i just sold to that guy, and he just asked me for confirmation that is mine account, but i told him im not taking any responsability for your resells

 

it should work becouse its just locked, registered email should work to recover it back, it only sends a confirmation to email address, and you just change your password and thats it.

 

After speaking with Idolized further about the interaction with the last owner of the account and speaking with an admin about the liability of the account in a situation as convoluted as this is, I've requested you both unDNT and @Idolized is going to have to eat this loss.
