Need to know how to work RK CutterBanker

I need help with the program RK cutterbanker. It wont bank for me it stops just a bit infront of the entrance and then clicks heading back towards the trees. Yes i have it on Low def and facing north(the north from when i just log in).

 

same here...just goes near bank,than returns too trees

 

i did have this problem but i figured it out my self

1. low detail
2.full brightness
3.stand as close as u think near the boxes (for the tree u wish to cut)
4. find window
5.select tree
6.select colour
7.click help and select the colours for the light and dark road
8.type in a reasonable number for your wc lvl for that tree your cutting (for yew 15 - it fills your inventory to full)

ok if this still happens let it do the trip one more time and it should bank, if not then see if you can add brightness from your graphics card as this should get more colour detail
