WTF!?Smoking weed doesn't necessarily have to be bad. If you use it rarely, and in small quantities, you can live your whole life peacefully along with it. And how is it his moms fault? If I killed someone, it wouldn't make any sense in saying that it was my moms fault.

 

Wow, I'm very sorry for your loss. Personally, I've seen worse driving under the influence of alcohol. I would never in my right mind try to drive drunk, but (even though under the law it's considered the same offense) driving under the influence of marijuana is a whole lot easier. While drunk you tend to have erratic movements and being high just slows everything down. Either way it's just asking for trouble.
