JMacro Reborn 4.0.0

JMacro is a Runescape bot featuring color/image recognition with support for perfect tile walking and navigation all with the capability of being minimized. JMacro is distributed completely free by its one and only developer, yours truly Speedster239, at no cost whatsoever. JMacro was developed from the ground up nearly a year ago and went from using your actual mouse with limited color searching, to field recognition, and finally minimization with hundreds of methods for its scripters.

Compatible Platforms: Windows, Linux (Ubuntu, Redhat, Fedora, Debian), Macintosh, Solaris
Requirements: At least 100mb available RAM when running, Pentium 4 or more cpu, At least 500mb of pagefile available on Windows Platforms
Required Additional Programs: The JDK and JRE (Java Development Kit and Java Runtime Environment)
Approximate Size: 3.8 MB Uncompressed
Sripting Syntax: Java
Typical CPU Usage: 23% on a single core pentium 4;JMacro runs four different threads...the main program,the mouse thread,the random thread, and the script thread.

Since JMacro is programmed in java it seems logical that the scripting syntax is also Java. Scripts are distributed in an opensource form and can be compiled using the built in tools. JMacro scripts are initiliazed as seperate entities from the program itself... allowing them to interact as a virtually seperate program with very little interaction with the main program, rather than being executed as a SubClass as traditional accepted in most java bots.

Getting Started Guide:
So you're interested in JMacro? This guide will help you get started.
1. Visit http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp and hit "Get the JDK Download". Download the stable release (no betas) and install once downloaded.
2. Visit http://cheatscene.com and download the latest version of JMacro from the downloads section (you will need to have a registered account first).
3. Once the download is complete Decompress the .zip file and open up the folder.
4. When scripts are posted on the forums you will need to save the .java file to the /scripts folder. After downloading the script run the Compile JDK6.bat and wait for the success message. If you experience an error see the FAQ or post in the cheatscene help section. Do all of the same in linux except hit compile.sh instead.
5. To run the program simply hit Run.bat or run.sh!

Have no fear dumbass! Visit http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp and hit "Get the JDK Download" and download the STABLE version! Once done downloading hit the Compile JDK6.bat!

Open up terminal:

Since JMacro is just back in circulation you might need to wait a while for some good scripts...or you can write you own.

How do I script?
The best way to start is by looking at any of the number of example scripts that are stored in the /scripts folder. You might also want to check out the javadocs: http://hopfile.com/jmacro/javadocs

I'm getting the js5_connect_outofdate error?
Have no fear, this means that runescape has updated to a newer client version which means that I (Speedster239) must run the updater again and post a new download. Please be patient, remember that I do this shit for free.

I'm getting a js5_connect error?
In the most likely scenario this means that a firewall installed on your computer is denying java.exe access to the internet. Add java.exe as a firewall exception and restart JMacro. If you're getting this error on ubuntu try ther same through FireStarter.

Speedy is awesome..Just like Jmacro. Its really easy to use and easier to use then SCAR or NEXUS

 

i can't get this to work .. i download from your site as instructed but when i try to run it says its outdated.... and there is no scripts for this ????? better stick with reliable SCAR <3

At the moment there are many old scripts.

Windows Xp, Windows 2000, Windows 98, Windows 95, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Macintosh OSX, Macintosh 9, Linux, Sun's Solaris. It's hilarious how uneducated people around here are...it's java ffs!
