Obama the Democratic candidate?!

I'm sure as we all know, Hillary has suspended her campaign and is said to give full support to Barack Obama.

I want to know how people feel about this.

Do you think she should have stayed?
Do you think she should have given support to Obama?
Do you think Obama will pick Hillary as VP? And do you think he should?

 

Obama is too inexperienced to run the country. As for your questions:

Do you think she should have given support to Obama? Yes. Her views are more towards the likes of Obama than John McCain.
Do you think Obama will pick Hillary as VP? And do you think he should? No and no.

 

1.) I don't think she should have stayed, she should drop out.

3.) No, he's going to choose Al Gore as VP, I bet.

Im really bummed I wish she would have won.

1) No it would have been a waste of money, and she had no chance of winning.

She should of dropped out a long time ago, when it was clear the super delegates were going to side for Obama when it was all said and done, and quite frankly, that she had no shot. It was only a negative for the party for her to stay in the race so long. Today she gave a speech, asking for party unity, and for all her 18 million voters to support Obama. I think she made the right decision.

Anyways, choosing Hillary as the VP will take away from his whole image of "change" he's been promising. Like he said himself, it's too early to really pick a VP only a few days after winning the nomination. However, if she can sway most of her 18 million voters to vote for Obama, it would almost guarantee a Democrat in office, and putting her on the ticket would be a great way to bring most of those voters to Senator Obama's side.

Also, I know this may seem sexist, but I just wouldn't like the idea of a woman in office.

I don't really get American politicians, but from what I can see Obama looks good for the job

 

Haha Louis, I don't think anybody understands American politicians. I agree that Obama might not have the experience, but I think he is better than McCain for the job.

1. No, she should've realized a long time ago she wasn't going to make it.

2. Yes, she should back Obama, considering her views and McCain's views are very different. But if you're saying given (as in past tense, like during her campaign), then no because she was trying to win it for her, not help Obama during her own campaign.

3. And no, unless Obama's on drugs, he shouldn't pick Hillary for VP. I agree with Billyy, thinking he might choose Gore.
