He sold over 1million copies of his cd in a week even after it had been leaked a couple of weeks ago. This just goes to prove that he truly is the best rapper alive.

Just see Eminem's album released on the summer's end. It will be better than Lil Wayne. Lil Wayne follows T pain of using the vocoder singing effect. Man hate this kind of people. Also, Dr Dre's Detox will come out too. Dun think Lil Wayne can top Dre's masterpiece. Stupid Lollipop...people buy that song because of static major's death. That song has no influential meaning! Think he's damn handsome while he's not!

 

Emniem has shit on Wayne.. and Dre won't sell as well as Wayne did either. Wayne's just the hottest out right now until Jeezy takes over.

Most of the song on the album sounds the same....now don't get me wrong I'm a fan of rap/hiphop. I'm looking forward to the Dr.Dre and Eminem albums more. I think "A Milli" sounds annoying and other than Lollipop, prob Mr.Carter is the next best song.

 

firstly.. he is NOT the best rapper alive... the amount of units sold doesnt really matter.. underground rappers like papoose, saigon, uncle murda are better than lil wayne...

also.. faculty, so tru.. eminem and dre will rape lil wayne in quiality and sales...

I'm not saying the amount of album sales makes him the best rapper alive.. It's just sealing the deal more or less. He hadn't come out with any cds for about 2 years all he's done was mixtapes and managed to still be big enough to make the sales that he did this past week.

And although I don't like Papoose personally besides his alphabet song it seems like many other people like him. Maybe when he gets bigger he could do as well as Wayne is. But until then Lil' Wayne's the best out

Lil Wayne was a decent rapper a few years ago, but other than a few songs, his recent music has been shit.

I was really disappointed by this new album because I heard over half those songs months before the release of the Carter III, they didn't release the Carter III because of leaks in the songs, Wayne said it would be all new things, but yet the songs that were leaked are still on the album just a few additions to the lyrics.

Wayne has some good songs but this album definitely disappointed me
