I was trying to buy 07 from Kapanko, I paid $60 through paypal friends & family. I then sent him a screen shot of the confirmation, we agreed on a location & when I got there he asked me to forward the email from paypal to his email. I told him no, that he could print his own invoices as I've already sent him the screen shot confirmation & we agreed on a location.

I then asked for the gold or a refund and he said he had not received the funds because they wouldn't arrive until the next day, so I am opening the dispute until he's paid me.

I asked you to send me the reciept that you received from paypal which you refused and also payment is not showing in my history which I can provide proof to staff members if they ask to. On your screenshot it says that funds will be availabe 23th aug which is tomorrow. 1 day delay happens (from my knowledge) when payment is made from way different ip than is usually used on. So once the payment shows up I will refund your payment or if you can provide clear ownership of paypal I can deliver your order.

 

Also please delete screenshot with my email staff will be still able to see it and since it’s my private information I don’t want it to be posted publicly.

 

This is common for Paypal sales as it provides evidence to Paypal that you had access to both your account + email if you were to file a unauthorized payment claim. Paypal funds also take multiple days to be released. Please let me know once this has been settled @kapanko & @packthebowl.

@packthebowl - I'm not sure on their exact policy, I just know from experience that transactions take a day or two to become available. Glad this was resolved.
