Ariba and Magebets just straightup pulled a full on impostor ripoff on 10x the scale as the normal

Here’s what the case all hinges on: did Ariba know or not. If he didn’t, not his fault. If he did, then he’s in some big shit.

 

How would you feel if you went to a contractors website and the website referred you one. When you hire the contractor he ties you up and robs you blind. Would you hold the website that refered you somewhat responsible? How about when you look deeper into it and find out the pieces of shit never screenied anyone they recommended. They blindly sent you to your demise for a small fee. People go to these well known gold websites expecting trust. Thats why they pay more and take less when selling. Ariba used his website and reputation to blantantly advertise a user he knew nothing about. More over the user he was advertising was blatantly stealing. How fucking inbred do you need to be to not realize this? If they would of put more than 10 seconds into looking around the website they advertised they may have noticed a few things wrong. They purposely looked the other way because they wanted the cheap gold. Period.

 

If you’re the type of person to recommend someone and I don’t do my own research into him or you, that’s sort of my own fault. As a cautious person, even if you HIGHLY recommend them, I’d still look a good bit into anyone before going first to them.

 

In the gambling/staking community you dont just openly vouch or recommend anyone you dont personally trust. It's a big no no and for a business owner to do this is mind blowing. You expect to see this kind of shit from Bus or some random backwoods asian website. Ariba has built a decent size following. Ddyce advertised on their website for a long time. They were fully aware of who we were and where to find us. That's why I dont believe a word they say. In their early days they heavily advertised buying and selling in our discord. We sent many customers to them letting them know they came from us. Dont buy this "They didnt know" bullshit.

 

Prove they did. Burden of proof is on you.

Oh I’m in the same boat. We don’t operate off an unreasonable doubt. But sythe does. If you want him banned, you gotta provide that level of evidence is all I’m saying

I've long given up giving a fuck about sythe or the community. I just call out fuckery when I see it. I dont care what waves it creates or if anyone follows up. Not my business. I'll just treat u like the nigger u r.

I think the better question is what does sythe define as a partnership.

A partnership is an arrangement where parties, known as partners, agree to cooperate to advance their mutual interests. The partners in a partnership may be individuals, businesses, interest-based organizations, schools, governments or combinations.

Personally this makes definition makes sense to me.


To me when a site latches there name to another they should be liable for damages that person may cause associated with that business. If ariba chose to become a partner or help advance someones business they barely knew and had little reason to trust they shouldn't slap their name there. The word partnership in my opinion is being used in very very tight terms when it really tends to have a broad meaning. Companies don't just slap their name on products and endorse them unless you're CVS and think let's hope the things works like they should and just turn a blind eye when they don't. Allowing partnerships to occur with one site having no liability as long as they don't apply themselves and get to know the owners and how they operate could be a dangerous precedence to set.


The way it's being defined on sythe feels like U.S. contracting workers where the employer just hires all 3rd party people and then when something bad happens to the person they have no liability for the worker in most scenarios.

 

If someone wants to really fuck with magebets like @hattez or @Soul Rich @Owner @RS Crown @twistedtaco or someone you could go report them on Osbot where they have all those super expensive ass ads. He didn't steal my site so I cant really go after him there but one of you could I'd just link the reports and report him for an offsite ban and see what Maldesto says.

They might not be so cocky when their SEO tanks like a rock and their $2000+ in ads get suspended js. I cant speak for @Maldesto as its his site but I cant imagine he'd be to happy to hear one of his advertisers is DNT'd for mass fraud and has managed to piss off like every big name around lol( again not going to put words in his mouth but I cant imagine anyone would be supportive of what they did).

 

I believe the rule was targeted to business partnerships i.e. 2 or more owners own a single business, not 2 business owners agree to do business together to mutually benefit eachother.

 

If the rule is interpreted that way one person can just start the business and the second can be strongly tied and have interest in the site just not on paper and assume 0 risk. That's the issue I see here. Where is it defined as being a partner in the business. Ariba was handling all withdraws and deposits for the site. That is a major part of a business by supplying labor. So where is the line drawn to say they are not a partner in the business and have liability. Surely ariba was given some rev share or was being compensated to a good point to be advertising them in their own live chat and sharing some of their sythe banner ad time (and supplying labor). I just don't see where the line is drawn where someone is involved enough with out being an "owner" or "partner".

Also I could see tons of situations where people could just get someone they have known well to start the sythe page and manage it and keep them on paper out of it and then just take the fall for it eventually. This would leave the well known site or person liability free as long as there is no provable ownership there. To me that is completely absurd, this ruling would leave tons of holes for future people to hide behind and potentially profit greatly. I'm not saying I think ariba should be killed here and punished really harshly as they possibly were completely unaware. but the message shouldn't be get into business with shitty people and get away clean as long as you're not classified as an owner and cut ties when shit goes bad. I'd even say a 1-3 months twc would be completely fine.
