hacked/banned Prada

1. Post from your normal, home IP address. As requested from Charlotte I am at my parents home sending a message from there. Same service new modem they live in (removed). if the IP doesnt match or if you have any questions please reach out want to get this sorted asap and not wait 1 week just to get asked for more info thanks.

1. Supply us with the current email connected to your account. (removed)
2. If the email connected to your account includes your name, feel free to expedite the recovery with a blurred version of your ID showing your name. The same goes for if your account has your birthday/year. (We can cross-match this information to make your recovery quicker.)
3. If you have a recovery phrase, please provide that. (This is something you would have set when you created your account.) possibly (removed) for recovery phrase
4. Include a virus scan screenshot to ensure that your computer is not infected.

 

Been over a week waiting for a reply... sure would be nice to get some help

Unsure of some of the info? Posting from home may be enough, but if it isn't, we can possibly give hints based off of IP.

 

1. Post from your normal, home IP address. I posted from my home IP last weekend created 3 different threads. but Charlotte locked my thread and said no reply. I posted from my parents home which takes over an hour to get to only to get denied over a week later

6. Im not sure if Charlotte is the only doing account recoverys but man I am very disappointed with the way this whole process has gone. Ive already attached my ID of my city with my personal Details. and you can clearly tell my ID was created in Texas. whoever hacked this account I could almost guarantee they were nowhere near me. I would like to get this resolved asap..

It looks like there was an error with receiving your message due to the posts being merged and shifting you down in the queue of unapproved posts. My apologies for that as this is done automatically by other mods, but this recovery is approved based on new IP so no more waiting.

Can you give me a new email to add to your account?
