Hi forgot 2 step google authentication , Wont regenerate to my new phone for what ever reason,
This has been my Ip for the last month or 2 I believe since new modem. When opening authentication it only shows gmail authentication code. =/

Any chance of recovery? or removal so i can make a new acc?

 

My apologize for the double post. After reading that my personal information will be hidden Im much more comfortable now. As before I forgot my Auth Code and it is no longer stored on google.
If possible can you remove the 2 step or delete the account So I may create a new one. This has been the same Ip Since the new modem a month or 2 ago not really sure.

You could also provide proof that your name/birthday match those connected to your account.

 

Hi Charlotte, Unfortunately I dont remember any of that info. Account was made quickly not sure if I put my correct birth date or not here it is below, If its not possible for recovery, can it be deleted so I may make a new account? Since it wont let me create a new account due to my IP Linked to my account.

Ok - looks like the birthday is incorrect so be sure to correct that once you get your account back in case you have issues in the future.

Since it seems you changed your pw a few days ago I'm not going to reset that/your email.

I've disabled 2fa on your account. Be sure to re-enable 2fa on your account and keep the long code somewhere safe in case you find yourself locked out again - you can use this code once as a 2fa code entry so that you can log in and manually disable it yourself.
