The account has 2.1 black marks, and this is a very good thing incase you fear you will be getting banned.

Once you have been given the username and the password, you assume all responsibility. There is a small chance the original owner may recover the account, in which case I will do everything I can in order to get the account back, but nothing is guaranteed.
