Scammed for my completionist account

Hi i got scammed this friday by Timorous and i see he is still very active on this site. He sent me a fake paypal confirmation mail and left me without money and without runescape account.

Explanation of the trade: I sold the comped rs3 account to him, he send me a fake paypal email
How they scammed: By sending a fake paypal email and stopped answering me
Proof that it's their Skype: We didn't use skype but discord

Dunno what a DNT is but i got the account back through account recovery. He still got access to the hotmail used to login to on the rs account so thats a problem. He doesn't answer me and i have more pictures of our conversations if needed.

 

What happens if he doesnt respond? Cant he just make a new account?

 

He will be banned. If he makes a new account, @Wortel will easily find him and ban him again.
