You know right that any account with a FireCape has better stats then this, Also if you got around 3m you could get the supplies and get it on that account. Maybe try and get 75 range and watch some guides...
it could be a good deal depending on the level with the firecape although beware i don't reccomand trading account as its dangerous basically any member can get his account back.
