RID guide

dose anyone have a guide or know where to get one that explains how to use this SAFE, also looking for some REAL feed back from people who have used this NEW UPDATED ONE ?


sorry if im repeating anyones post sorry if im braking any rules if someone could just point me in the right direction would be great, the RID threat is full of spam and useless junk "omg update tomorrow" not like people cant read themselfs, but yer would be good just to point me in the right place also want to know if anyone has been banned from it with the new update etc, thanks maybe u should sticky a good guide to this ? i duno anyway thank you for answers in advanced

 

ehm you dont realy need a guide. just, set it up propperly, and, dont overdo it...
like, do 3-4 hours, take a few hours break, doing something else etc, then repeat.

 

ohk na its just that i thut cus i seem heapz of people get banned from it and stuff and im iwlling to buy it, if it dose wot it says it dose and tis hard to go thur the 500 pages of spam trying to find a answer wen half the people got banned from some auto talker or something ?
