Should I convert to a 10hp obby Mauler ?

I have a lvl 3 skiller with a few base 80s and considering doing barb fishing and making a lvl 36 maxed obby mauler (70 range) purely for a unique build. Since the prayer pure is abit pricey in comparsion this was the next best thing ? I already have the karajma diaries lamp to get to 10 str and can keep potting to fish until level 15 requirements

Thoughts ??? This is an alt account and I know I will max fishing at roughly 70 to 75 str and agility but dont mind
