I deleted all this nonsense spam of you two going back and forth with each other as it's completely unnecessary and doesn't contribute in anyway to the report. @Anthrax I Your report is currently invalid. Please update it to include the proper formats with picture proof.

I am trying to work things out with him. I will keep my eyes out for a proper report if he is still bent on having me banned. I have no problems defending myself or my actions.

You should’ve posted this on a new thread post but I guess I’ll rebuttal anyway. I did not scam him. Yes I sold him the account but I changed my mind and explained right away to him that I would be giving him a refund and that I’m sorry for the change of heart. He is the one who has been harassing and cyberbullying to try and get the account back to no extent. I have told him from the start that I am willing to give him a refund, I am not ignoring him or blocking him trying to get away with anything. I have sent him a message to try and work things out and he just ignored it.

As you probably read in the chat logs trying to refund me after stealing the account back is not an acceptable solution to this for me. Account sales do not work like that, if you truly had intent to just play on the account again you would have waited for a response from me instead of just recovering the account when I had already changed the password and was asleep.

 

It’s my account, I created it and hand trained it for weeks. I let you know what I was going to do it’s not my fault you were asleep. I had a change of heart, I don’t agree with you that I did not have a right to have my account back. I have been nothing but nice to try and work things out while you’ve been harassing and throwing insults at me.

 

Thats the thing when I paid you for the account you no longer own it. If you make an analogy to real life its like selling someone a house but keeping a key, sneaking in the house when they are gone and changing the locks. At that point you are literally just stealing the property which is exactly what you did in this case.

 

That is not relevant I think you need a reality check? This is a video game we are talking about. You are causing drama and issues and accusing me of stealing for wanting my account back. Recovering my account because I changed my mind and then being nice and offering you a refund is not “stealing”. Stop causing drama becuasd a video game account and accept the refund if not I’m not sure what to tell you.

 

Are you seriously implying that by offering a refund for an account you stole without even waiting for any message back is being nice? Thats the issue here, to be part of this community you have to abide by the rules set for account sales. You knew I wasnt going to want to give the account back thats why you force recovered it instead of asking for the password. Actions speak louder than words. Just waiting for the mod roast now.

 

Haha, no I recovered the account because I was excited to start playing it and make progress. I can’t help but see that in my eyes it’s my account. You didn’t create it you’re on here trying to buy your away into a game. I just made a mistake of trying to sell mine. Your behavior is what’s unacceptable. I made a mistake and now you’ve given me nothing but hell for trying to refund you so I can move on and play my account. On top of that you’re threatening to have the osrs account banned and all my hard works goes down the drain. What a good person you are, how understanding.

What do you mean, are accounts always recoverable or just the nature of the trade means the account is likely to be recovered again? @Doesnt PK

 

Referencing Accounts are ALWAYS recoverable, even with a Middleman/Recovery Test!

And by the nature of this trade. My experience buying accounts in general, this user whom you are reporting more than likely due to the nature of the circumstance and what has been said will probably take the account back.

Excuse me, do not go acting like I’m a bad person. I did not have to give him the account back. I recovered because I made a mistake in selling it and then I tried to give him his money back. He resorted to blackmailing me by saying he’d go to Jagex and get the account banned altogether so I did not have a choice. I have no interest in taking back this account anymore.

I guess people will just ignore harassment and cyberbullying these days, nice.

 

@justmedelaney That is the silliest argument I've ever heard. When you sell your account you hand over possession to another user in turn for their $. That means the account is no longer yours. It doesn't mean that you can recover it back at any given moment because that's scamming, regardless if you offer to refund or not. If he was okay with a refund/accepted that out of his own will, then that'd be a different case, but you blatantly took it without permission, thus resulting in your permanent DNT/3 month ban here. You'll have to refund OP/pardon if you wish to return to the community. Sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience @Anthrax I.
