Well.. I wouldn't really say there good, but atleast he braught something different to the table other than talking about how much money he has or how hard he is.

Viper, I've never heard what I consider "Good rap" in my current lifetime, unless of course you count certain verses of older poetry as rap, which they certainly aren't.

Old poetry, mind. New poetry is as bad as the new music by bands who try to act hardcore (including rap artists, a lot of the time).

 

I don't hate there beats some beats are good etc. and same with them going fast, It's just usually the same stuff over an over. now I don't hate rap I hate what it is mostly about, I mean honestly I like rock bands etc. that incorporate rapping into there music, such as the first album by linkin park, a couple songs by mushroomhead etc.

 

im kinda bored with old school rap atm ;/ ive done a overdose of it ;o
but, the last is cool =p remember it from the very faar past!=p

 

I don't always label rap as BITCHASS NIGGAZINMAIHOODFUCKINMAIHOEZ!!!!!111111. I think if rap has meaning other than being a cocky little shithead (Like NWA) then it's better than bragging like a little 10-year-old on his new set of pajamas.

 

I'm not gonna say it sucks, but its not good. The flow and all is good, its just i dunno I can exactly point it out, I personally just think its not good.

I don't think rap sucks, I just think it's not a good genre in general. But I do have some rap in my library, Will Smith and the Sugarhill Gang

Will Smith is a genius at lyrics, I forgot how good he is.

 

Fuck Viper. sorry but Will Smith rox! All his songs are Grammy nominated or won. Also, he have clean rap music unlike some MCs who rap with coarse languange with no meaning.

theyre alright song i prefer rock better but its aight, not the worst rap though.

 

I like meaningful, bit older rap,
I just don't like the new rap which is usually a big clutter of pointless cussing.
