PHP Text-Based Game Help

I have a few issues on my PHP game.

It's a mafia based game, and here are the problems:
Bullets / Bullet factory (not quite sure) = When a user holds bullets, other user's money goes down. Definitely needs a fix.

Forums are 'broken' = sticky topics show at the top, however topics won't go from latest reply underneath, rather by ID.

If you know fluent PHP, and would like to be apart of the game, message me.
You'll be given administrator status as well.

Don't bother using your own forum, get phpBB3. It isn't too hard to integrate phpbb3 with your own scripts either.

Why don't you post the sql queries used when changing the amount of money?

And maybe some of the php code associated with it?

1) If you aren't fluent in PHP, SQL, JS, XHTML, and CSS, as well as photoshop, then you really shouldn't be working on a text based game. The issue you're having should not be happening at all, as it sounds like your queries make no sense.

2) Administration status over a game is nothing, money is a tradable product however.

3) Post your codes.
