Hello i'm buying any party hat through PP(paypal) or through the mail. I am currently lvl 103 meaning i cna probably only go in high lvl crater i will use middleman if the seller wants one. Add my msn [email protected] and to avoid any scamming through paypal when i send the money I'd make me feel more confortable if you file a claim then delete it right away so i cant get scammed, once you file a claim on an item once you cant send it again. Since party hats have a fairly large range in price eaither offer here or on here or msn thanks

 

dont take paypal even if the payment is c n c'd you can still reverse if you say sum1 stole the account and it was fraudulent pamyent, thats what happened 2 me.

Partyhats are not transible items, & Cannot be traded unless the ammount of gp / items are up on the other side, You could only buy the account with party hat on itself.

 

I know, I buy the party hat with the account most people usually get that but i'm not buying anymore so this thread is closed unless a really good offer comes up with liek a lvl 120+ that has a phat and has 99 att str and def and 70+ for most of the skiller stats
