scar problem need help FAAAAAAAASSSSTTTT!! ASAP!

ok, i have an srl and everything, its just that when i try to run any script, out of nowhere, come globals.scar, and it says this: [Error] (34:1) Duplicate identifier 'UpChars' in script C:\Program Files\SCAR 3.12\includes\srl\srl\core\Globals.scar

What does this mean and can someone pleease help???

idk, but if i try to download it off srl website, it wont let me, cause i have windows vista.... . i don't think theres any hope for me with scar.....
