A refund can be given at ANYTIME (before I even start the fight caves)
I have not tried to make you wait so much, right now if you really must know I am going thru depression issues. Some about my niece who is now diagnosed with cerebral palsy, which sucks because I love that baby.
And there are numerous others, but really if you do want a refund I am sincerely sorry you have waited so long.
I will refund it if you really wish me to, that is not a problem. I really don't care about the vouch, thats %100 up to you.

Hey, can you do my cape in 7 days,
why 7 days you may ask?
Its because My bank pin got deleted because of A scamming noob who tried to set a new bank pin and I acceidently deleted my current pin when i was canceling his pending pin.
And I dont want anyone on my account without me having a bank pin. so yeah.

If you can do it in 7 days it would be good.
And if you cant do it in 7 days my members will be expireing in 6 days after that. So I need to have a guarantee that you can do it in 7 days, without delay
