How do you organize and structure your Sythe orders/Payments?

Context: I currently offer a variety of services in different markets on sythe and have begun to expand my workforce and amount of jobs I am taking on. I am currently using a google sheet set up that consists of a to-do list and schedule system.

However, I have started to find it is becoming fairly tedious and messy in terms of tracking and logging completed orders. I am interested in how others are structuring their orders and payments, especially those who have a clear success on sythe.

Any recommendations, Softwares or websites?, advice or discussion is welcome as Id like to improve my personal accounting skills and help the community at the same time.

 

Thanks for the suggestion, yeah is quite similar to what I’m using atm, this looks like the most common way, I guess I’m after something with easy ui and structure.

 

I could give you my Excel Spreadsheet I use for selling/buying gold. Keeps track of your account and how much assets you would have on each account. Used for buying/selling gold.
