Help w/ MONEYBOOKERS Please!!!

Hi, I'm "Why Jagex?" and I need someone's help. I need to verify my CC on Moneybookers but to do that you need a cell phone. I have a cell, but it has texting turned off. So I'm asking if someone can please help! Pm me on sythe or post back. Thanks.

EDIT: I am not in any way using Moneybookers to support Pornography, Child Pornography, Drug Smuggling, Etc. Etc.

 

Use an online text messenger because I doubt anyone will be willing to do this. Also you could just buy a $10 travelers sim card at a store.
