Buying maxed/almost main 150-300 USD

Hey guys, I'm on here trying to buy a decent main (110+) with most of the quests done and untradeables such as barrows gloves and fire cape.

My plan for the account is to do mostly pking and raids 2, so if the account has the new prayers, new avas and imbued mage cape, that will help a lot.

IMPORTANT: I never buy accounts directly through scythe to keep myself safe, I always use Player auctions, it is basically the same thing as this, but allows me to purchase insurance along with the account in case of getting hacked. It is very easy to make an account and post a sale.
