Where to train?

Right I haven't a clue what's going on with RS these days but i'd like somewhere to train that is good with exp and has good drops, enough that I can make a good living from.

Please take into consideration my stats:-

85 attack
82 str
86 def
84hp
1 prayer
57 range
49 mage

However I am considering raising my prayer to 43 along with doing alot of quests, so any adivice would be great, thanks.

 

I recently found that training my level 70 range pure on the Hill Giants is very good. Their spawn time has been brought down, meaning as soon as you kill one the other has re-spawned.

However, thats not too great money, but it is fairly good experience and their drops cover, easily, a full inventory of lobsters.

With prayer, the big bone drops from the Hill Giants get your prayer to level 20 very quickly. I suggest maybe using some skills (woodcutting, mining, etc) to get some money, and buy big bones on the grand exchange to get your prayer to 43. This is a very quick method to train prayer, as getting the money with skills is faster than picking up bones from the ground.

Thanks for the reply but with my stats I believe hill giants are a little too easy, I was thinking more along the lines of bigger drops not just enough to cover my inventory, I should have been more clear.

 

with those stats if u get 43 pray u could be very successful at barrows. U must have been a sweet staker btw with that 1 pray

equip yourself either d scim (str) or whip (att+ def)
get a games necklace
and dfire sheild
tele clan wars
run east
kill drags - bury bones - bank hides at bh bank
repeat.

money + prayer exp + clue ^^

 

maybe get a friend and try your luck at kbd or kalphite?

 

Yes with my stats I have no idea what to do, I had a good main about 3 years ago which was banned then. Last year I created a 1 prayer staker which I was successful at. That's all I enjoyed the game for.

Just did my combat up nothing else, I have now decided to get 43 prayer. I just completed the priest in peril and will try out barrows shortly.

I shall look into the banking hides at BH thanks for the advice

 

good luck a suggestion when doing barrows make sure you get "in aid/search for the myreque" otherwise takes to much time.

 

Hmm what the fuck is that lol? I can remember trying barrows on my mates account when it was first released and can't remember that. Care to tell? Thanks alot.

 

You should try to go to PC.
Get the max amount of points, and add them to your account, too easy, eh?

first of all - i'm sorry to say but 1 prayer is worthless these days , yup i quited tanking aswell ....
So i'd say you go dt skeellys with full str bonus & salve ammy (e)
Or you can always try out slayer !
