Increase your lag between a program?

I remember there was a big deal about everyone trying to dupe using this method of increasing the lag and trying to get the server confused, I know this will never work!

but what was the name of the program, I would like to use it on a different game(not for duping other use)

a lag switch... u need an ethernet cord. just look up lag switch of standby switch.. that will tell u how 2 make
