I use this all the time when I'm training, it allows me to read other sites, with the ease my file won't get logged off or killed on. I haven't seen this guide anywhere. I have done this for about a week and I have gotten my attack, Defense, and Strength levels up. This guide isn't faster training, it is less attention training. P.S. as I was getting guide typed and everything, I was using this method to train.

It's straight forward, and easy to do.

 

does it work with range?
or only melee?

 

It works with all, but it works best with Melee, it still works with others, just not as efficient

 

Why waste your money on this one for 3 minutes of fighting? There is another guide that shows you 10+ NPCs that are aggressive and you can sit there for a lot longer than 3 mins without having to run and come back to make them aggressive again. Not worth the money IMO, when you can buy looberman's for like 5 bucks. Eh.

 

Why don't you talk with the person who verified it. It really is good for ppl who want to train.

Its not the spiders, can lvl 25s do spiders? no they can't. I say again. This works for all levels.

One question, are you giving 1-10 monsters to afk or just 1, if its 1-10 could you pm one of the monsters, i hope its not rock crabs

 

whats the point of selling a guide on afk, u could afk on bandits and loads of other popular npcs.
