Baser - Your strength level is quite slow but yes you can use pretty much most of the methods, it might not be that effective at your current strength. There is one method though that will suit you. As you get higher strength level, then your exp will start flowing in. =]

Scaper - No i wont get any1 else to verify it, read the feedback and read the verification by a Guru, and you'll have your answer.

A note in general - I'm sorry ive not been on much but ive had some trouble in rl, atm, im trying to sell my account, so if you want to buy the guide for sara paltes then i suggest you hurry because once ive sold this account, i wont be accepting runescape money anymore.

When I try to open it with Microsoft Word Document on my computer at work, it asks for a password? that one was weird. Anyway, we'll sort it out when we're both online sometime
