I'm wondering, will sythe actually email anyone? it seems to me that the email ones could be stopped by using jagex's policy of only using online messages. my advice for the PMed ones is never to open a PMed link, if your actually interested in the offer reply asking for a keyword to the post. if no reply its either an inactive person or phishing. if there is a reply, search the keyword. also if anyone needs help programming their web browser to disallow these websites permanantly and to give you a message that shows you the web address your visiting whenever you click a link, PM me.

This happened to me I clicked on the link. As soon as I saw that It was not sythe.org I exited. Should I report them in report a scammer?

Id doubt Sythe would Email you, and he definitely wouldnt email you a link. The email these are being sent from is a @gmail address.

If it was Sythe it would be @Sythe.org, but even these could be spoofed.

Just dont click links in emails.

If it was a PM and the sender is not yet banned then report in report a scammer, if it was an email then theres nothing Sythe can really do about it.

It's simple. Don't click any links, in any message, in which the person types as he is in the fourth grade. Most of the PM's I have received look as if an illiterate blind man wrote.

    lol,
people doing that are really stupid.
they only accounts they want are the ones with 1k plus post count.
but no one in the criteria is gonna fall for that.

i mean im 13, and i don't fall for the myspace ones.
so why should some 22 year old?

I am glad I read this. Never have gotten a PM like that, but I am glad to know. You can make it so that when you enter the URL into your broswer it pops up another page. If you wanna know how, PM me and I will copy and paste something from a guide I used to get past blocks at my school. LOL. :)
