i went ahead and tried selling gp to ariba the main site i usually do but now theres this new guy that scammed me for my gp. this is all the screenshots i managed to save because he banned me and i no longer can acces the chat Screenshot - dd9cfbea24433d1b30f8dca8a9541729 - Gyazo ( he clearly sent 6.74 and the fee made it 6.14)

user is trying to say he refunded me, he did not, he claims to have lost 2 dollars but never sent 8 in the first place, he declined the thread as i confirmed it was me and then banned me from the chat!

 

I ended up reaching out to Ariba and this was their comment to the situation

i got refunded but he still did scam so idk if thats rule breaking,
This took 2/3 hours of my time and i got nothing extra out of it, not even a few extra mill that's a 1 star for aribagold for me.

 

Youre not going to get extra gp for trying to sell gp.
Websites make you pay the fees now and pay a higher price than normal due to too many issues with PayPal, they do announce this when asking for pricing.

You wasted 1-2 hours of my agents time go check my threads it says we cover fees for 07 if you sell 150$+ we won’t cover anything thats less than that amount however i see your problem got fixed by the same agent i recommend you to check our thread carefully next time when you are selling

I don’t allow any customer swearing or trash talking to my agent he has right to ban you if you do like that

If you have any more problems please email me at [email protected] but i dont see any problems with this thread my agent didnt scam and he did refund eventhough we shouldn’t once you accept the trade we have right to keep the gold and send your paypal but as far as i see he has refunded you. He was trying to be kind to you eventough you were trash talking to him

Ariba you dont know what your saying or you just have not read the topic properly, ive sold him 14m which i should receive 8$ ofcourse there can be a fee but he never sent 8$ in the first place he sent 6.80 with a fee of 0.70 going off that making it 6.10, then he claims that i scammed him for 2$ then he claims that he accepted the trade right before he banned me but he did not, then 2 hours later i came back on a proxy asking for the refund saying i have it all recorded and then he ended up giving me a refund? hes lied over 4 times and ive posted all the screenshots to proof it, its sad and embarrassing how you just get away with things because youve been in the market for a long time, that is CLEAR attempting to scam a customer and your reply is just bullshit' @ARIBA

I see the chat aswell he asked you to refund it to send correct amount and afterwards you started to flame to him which i don't accept like i said if you are not happy i understand i can fix the problem but you already have your gold back he has cancelled your trade due to you were very angry and sweary there is nothing more we have to do ?

I've warned my agent to double check the future transactions though anyone can make mistake but just try to be patient please if you need any further help from me please reach me via e-mail.

There is nothing more to do in this thread here there is no scam he had his gold back less than 15 minutes once there were problem.

As mentioned on their site, Ariba does not cover the Paypal fees. It looks like there was a small mistake and it was resolved once recognized. This has been resolved and will be closed.
